(A) Dy.General
Manager/Asstt. General Manager/Manager- Business Development
B.E. (Civil) preferably with MBA from reputed B School
/ institute, with 5-7 Yrs. relevant Experience in the infrastructure
sector in Business Development areas of financial analysis, Business
Development, identifying new projects / sector specific risks,
contract management, financial management, bidding strategy,
interaction with the clients and making presentation to senior
management.
(B) Contract Management
Candidate should have adequate knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims
management, DRB and arbitration. Should possess skills in contract
interpretation, dispute resolution, project monitoring, sub-contract
management, etc.
(C) Design Engineer - Highway / Structural
B.E (Civil) / M. Tech with + 10 Yrs. of experience in construction
methods planning, designing flexible highway/ designing of
structures pavements by IRC and mechanistic-empirical methods.
Should be capable of reviewing highway design / structure design,
optimizing estimates, proposing materials and methods for reducing
life-cycle costs. Experience in pavement construction
(D) Transportation Engineer
B.E. (Civil) preferably M. Tech (Transportation) will be
responsible for design & planning of DBFOT Highway Projects.
(E) Manager - Legal
Graduate with LL.B from premier institute with 5-10 years
Experience in Legal matters and relating to concession agreement,
financial closure, shareholders agreement, arbitration, claim
management litigation and Land acquisition. Experience in
infrastructure industry desirable.
(F) Company Secretary
Graduate, with CS + 5 years of experience as Company Secretary,
Candidate should be able to carry out all secretarial works,
experience preferably with a listed Company. Candidate having LL.B
Degree as additional qualifications will be preferred.
(G) Personnel Secretary
Convent Educated Science / Commerce Graduate with excellent
Computer Skill having (+2 Yrs.) experience in handling secretarial
functions Proficiency in English typing is must. Should have strong
analytical skills, good communicator & self drafting.
(H) Dy. General Manager/ Asstt. General Manager/
Manager (Finance & Accounts)
CA Having Experience of + 5 to 12 years In handling Accounts of
medium size corporate. Should have knowledge of finalization of
Balance sheet, MIS, payables Accounting, and Accounting standards,
Taxation, VAT, and TDS. Should have worked at least in an
independent position during last three years. Exp. in Infrastructure
sector will be given preference
(I) Dy.General Manager/ Asstt. General Manager/ Sr.
Manager (Purchase)
Material / Purchase Professional having + 10 Yrs. Exp. in Similar
Capacity in Infrastructure Industry. Strong Background in vender
development & timely procurement and material management, good
negotiation skills/ deal finalization with best quantitative
products on most competitive prices, dispute settlement with venders
/ suppliers, conversant with taxes and duties, purchase order, etc
(2) FOR- HEAD OFFICE &
PROJECT SITES
(A) Dy. General
Manager/Asstt. General Manager/Manager- Planning & Monitoring
BE. (Civil) + 8 Yrs. Exp. or DCE +12 Yrs. Exp. Candidates should
possess adequate knowledge of project planning, monitoring and
execution & with good analytical skills. Working knowledge in MS
Projects/ Primavera essential.
(B) Auto Cad Engineer
B.E (Civil) +3 Yrs or DCE +5 yrs experience or person with
sufficient exposure in the field of Auto CAD.
(C) Manager/Officer (Accounts & Audit)
C.A with + 3 Years Exp. Or C.A (Inter)/M.Com + 5-7 years practical
experience in Internal & Statutory Audit and on Hand Experience
of working on Accounting Software, Accounting Experience in
Infrastructure sector will be given preference
(3) FOR - PROJECT SITES (ROAD &
HIGHWAY AND AIRPORT)
(A) Project
Manager / Section Head Roads & Bridges
B.E (Civil) / D.C.E with +10 Years experience in execution of
Roads, Bridges and Flyover Projects out of which last 5 years should
have been specific experience in the capacity of Project Manager/
Section Head. For Project Manager position, candidate should possess
adequate knowledge in planning and contracts Management. They should
be result oriented and willing to work at Project sites.
(B) DGM / AGM / Sr. Manager (Toll Operation &
Maintenance)
Graduate / MBA having minimum 7 yrs. experience of Toll Operation
Highway Traffic Management System (HTMS), able to manage and
supervise Toll collection and overall Management of the BOT Toll
Road Project. Army retired personal having rank Captain and Major
with Executive MBA in Business Management / Operation and Lt.
Colonel and Colonel having experience in similar field will be
preferred.
(C) Senior / Site Engineers (Highway &
Structure)
B.E (Civil) / D.C.E. with + 5-7 Years Experience in construction of
Highways four / six Lane Structure & Bridge, Flyover and Airport
Projects.
(D) Billing Engineers / Quantity Surveyor
B.E (Civil) + 5 Yrs. / D.C.E +7 Yrs. experience in billing in large
size infrastructure Projects, knowledge in MS. Project / Planning
tools, with additional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
(E) Material / Quality Control Engineer
B.E / D.C.E. with +5Yrs. Exp. in infrastructure Projects in QA/QC
functions, conversant with testing procedures and relevant IS /BS
Codes.
(F) Survey Engineers / Surveyor
DCE / ITI (Survey) + 3-7 Yrs. Experience in Highways, Structure &
Bridge, four / six Lane or equivalent Projects
(G) Manager Mechanical/ Workshop
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobiles Engineering + 10 years
experience in relevant fields exposure to highway project will
be preferable
(H) Asst. Mechanical Engineer
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobiles Engineering, having
Experience +2 to 4 years. Experience in Infrastructure sector will
be given preference.
(I) Foreman (Mechanical)
ITI (Mech.) / Intermediate having +5-7 years experience in
Construction Industry persons with sufficient experience in
Mechanical Maintenance work of heavy movable & immovable
machineries.
(J) Safety Manager / Officer
Degree/Diploma in respective field, experience & responsible of
safety measures in execution of Highway Projects
(K) Manager (Admin. & Liasoning)
Graduate with minimum +5 yrs. exposure in Construction Industry or
persons with sufficient exposure in similar field.
(L) Accounts Officer / Accountant
C.A (Inter) + 3 years or M.Com/B.Com + 5 years practical experience
in Internal & Statutory Audit and on Hand Experience of working
on Accounting Software, for Account Persons knowledge of Bill
passing payments TDS, Salary preparing is must. Accounting
Experience in Infrastructure sector will be given preference.
(M) Store Officer / Store Keeper
Graduate preferably with Diploma in Material Management, having +5
years experience in maintaining of store inventory. Experience in
Infrastructure sector will be given preference, computer proficiency
is must.
(4) FOR - POWER TRANSMISSION
DIVISION
(A) Dy. General
Manager/ Asstt. General Manager /Sr. Manager Project
B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil / Elect. Engineering, having + 7 Yrs.
execution experience in Power transmission Line Project
(B) Manager Design
B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil / Elect. Engineering, having + 6 years
experience in transmission line and fully conversant with tower and
its foundation design.
(C) Manager/ Asstt. Manager commercial
M.Com / B.Com having Exp. + 5 Yrs. in Billing, contracts claiming,
P.V Bills, budget and final Bills preparation in Power transmission
projects.
(D) Store Keeper
Graduate with computer proficiency, having Exp. + 5 Yrs. in
handling stores of Power Transmission Project.
(E) Surveyor
ITI ( Surveyor) / Intermediate having Exp. + 5 Yrs. in Power
Transmission survey conversant with GPS ,Profile making check survey
and other survey activities of transmission line project
(F) Supervisor
Graduate/ intermediate having Exp. + 5 Yrs. in Power Transmission
foundation, tower erection, stringing and clearing ROW
